No one knows. Tom Ridge, are you listening? It's going to take more than duct tape and plastic sheeting to fix this problem.
What is he talking about... a fake visa program that lets people get into the USA under the guise of being needed to fill religious openings in mosques (and other religious institutions as well). I think the program needs to be shut down till we can plug the hole.
